These terms define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, payments, delivery, withdrawal from contract, and personal data processing.

An invoice is issued upon Customer's request and sent electronically.

Delivery is carried out via PostNL and DHL.

Exceptions to the right of return: Products made to individual order (e.g., personalized collars) are not subject to return.

The Seller is obliged to deliver goods free from defects to the Customer.

The complaint should include: name and surname, order number, description of the defect, and Customer's request.
The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days.
If the complaint is accepted, the product will be replaced with a new one, repaired, or the Customer will receive a refund.
